Products and prices

Descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, warnings and prices are displayed on product pages. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are disclosed before payment. Honey can vary naturally in colour and texture; this does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or misdescribed.

Orders and payment

Please check your items, quantities, delivery address and total before placing your order. Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. We will confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. Please contact us promptly if you need to correct an order.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Our delivery policy explains charges and estimated dispatch and delivery times. Collection is by arrangement; please wait for confirmation before travelling. Live bees, nucs and advance orders follow the arrangements stated on their product pages.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
