Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. The options available for your address are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: £4.99 per order. Standard delivery is free on website orders of £50 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99 per order. Allow an estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Free collection in Overton is available by arrangement. Choose collection at checkout and wait for confirmation before travelling.
When products are ordered together for delivery to one address, the delivery charge applies to the order, not to each individual item. Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more is a website offer; eBay delivery offers are shown on the relevant listing.
If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering. Live bees, nucs and other advance orders follow the delivery arrangements stated on their product pages.
Dispatch and arrival
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days after dispatch. Please allow 3–5 working days from placing your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy periods and bank holidays. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you. Unless a different time has been agreed, orders must be delivered within 30 days.
Delivery problems
Please contact deevalleyhoneyco@gmail.com if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect. We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you designate, unless you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer.
